Registration fee is $1195 for physicians on or before October 3, 2024 ($1095 for Duke Radiology alumni (includes ex-faculty, fellows, and residents) / $995 for in-training/military/VA/retirees/Non-MD). Beginning October 4, 2024, there is a $100 late fee in addition to the registration fee.
The fee is payable online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. A 3.7% convenience fee will be added at checkout if paid with a credit card. Payments can also be made by check payable to Premier Meeting Services and mailed to Duke Radiology CME c/o Premier Meeting Services at 1040 Alanson Court, Greensboro, GA 20642. There is a $150 administrative fee for cancellation. Written notification must be received by June 10 to receive a refund.
In an effort to be more environmentally conscious, we will distribute course materials electronically. You are encouraged to bring your laptop or electronic device to follow along. Registrants will be provided with a printable version via the mobile app if they wish to print their own.
