Are you pregnant and planning a magical trip to Disney World? Wondering about the dos and don’ts as far as rides go now that you’re expecting? You’re not alone! It’s super important for pregnant women like us to know which rides and attractions at Walt Disney World Resort are baby bump-friendly. 

Below, I’m going to give you all of the rides Disney deems safe to ride! Although, I always recommend first getting everything cleared by your doctor. 

Once you have your Doctor’s ‘okay’, its time to get planning which rides you want to put on your “must-do” list. I bet you’ll be shocked to find out how many rides are actually safe to go on while pregnant!

I’ve been pregnant at Disney World numerous times and had a great time. You will have to miss out on some rides, but there are still plenty to enjoy!

What rides can I ride at Disney World while pregnant?

As of the posting of this guide, these are the rides at each park that are considered safe to ride while pregnant (meaning, they do not carry the expectant mothers advisory).

    When I was 25 weeks pregnant, my husband and I considered going to Disneyland since we just moved about an hour from the parks.
